LOVE$ICK
LOVE$ICK is an art direction and cinematography project exploring indecisiveness in love. Conceived after hearing Muramasa's track of the same name, the projector wasn't chosen for its aesthetic but for what it communicates: a quasi-dream state where emotion exists before language does, and where you're caught between two options you can't fully decipher.
Art Direction & Cinematography

LOVE$ICK is an art direction and cinematography project exploring indecisiveness in love, conceived in the third year of college after hearing Muramasa's track of the same name. Shot over two days, the projector was a deliberate creative choice not for its aesthetic but for what it communicates: whoever is on screen isn't carrying a message, they're carrying a feeling. A quasi-dream state where emotion exists before language does, where Katakana rains down because you're not speaking the same language and flowers bloom because this love, unrequited or misunderstood, has only just begun.
